You ever go record shopping and while you're flipping through the racks of vinyl the guy at the record store puts on a song over the PA system that immediately makes everyone in the record shop approach him to ask "what is this you're playing?"... this entire EP is filled with those types of jams that will stop you in your tracks to ask who produced it... Ian Daniels makes his debut on Good For You Records with some very well crafted Deep House cuts that are getting love from some of the most respected DJs on the planet. This is DEEP HOUSE in the most traditional sense, it's intricate, layered, incredibly well thought out with an almost free wheeling jazzy approach to the synth work that is reminiscent of a Mile Davis approach while still putting a heavy focus on creating the energy a Dj needs in a song to move a crowd. Stellar work from a name you'll be hearing more of on Good For You Records.
